Welcome to Complete Home Health Care
Complete Home Health Care (CHHC) is a home health care agency which has been providing specialty care for homebound patients in southeast Michigan since 2006. With compassion, respect and dignity, our skilled and licensed staff coordinates the care and therapy as ordered by the doctor. In addition, we will provide the physical, mental and social well being for our homebound patients. Our goal is to provide results-oriented, short-term intermittent home care.
Clinical studies have shown patients recover faster from surgery and other illnesses when in the comfortable and familiar surroundings of their own home. Complete Home Health Care offers a wide variety of services to aid in a patient’s recovery. Some of these include physical, occupational and speech therapies; wound, diabetic, ostomy care, and psychiatric services. We can also provide Home Health Aides to assist in bathing/dressing, transferring in and out of bed, and light housekeeping for patients who may require these services. We employ a full staff of Registered Nurses, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Registered Dieticians, Medical Social Workers, and Home Health Aides.
Complete Home Health Care's staff uses the latest state-of-the-art technology, such as iPads, to support our patients. We have implemented an EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system in advance of the mandated health care reform requirements, allowing our caregivers to spend more time with their patients and to communicate more effectively with their doctor.
